GDC is developing a diaspora service platform for Zimbabweans living abroad who need lawful tasks, documents, services or connections coordinated in Zimbabwe through an identifiable organisation with proper records and communication.

How the Service Works
Diaspora Courier, Document Facilitation & Logistics
A diaspora client can appoint GDC, where legally permissible, to receive, deliver, lodge, collect, track and return authorised documents or other lawful items. The service uses signed authority, receipts, secure custody, tracking and clear service charges.
Diaspora Health Initiative
GDC is developing a structured pathway through which diaspora members may support approved healthcare arrangements for relatives and beneficiaries in Zimbabwe. Any eventual service must operate through appropriately licensed healthcare, payment and medical-service providers.
Future Service Centre
The longer-term GDC Diaspora Service Centre can integrate document facilitation, logistics, property support, healthcare coordination, education support, investment information, business services and other lawful diaspora-facing services through one point of contact.
Service Limitation
GDC does not issue passports, approve applications, influence government decisions, guarantee official processing times or bypass formal procedures. GDC can promise only the parts of the service it controls: secure handling, authorised presentation, communication, tracking, collection and delivery.
